Our company culture
Here at Exellys, we recognize the importance of building a strong company culture. Our determination to invest in our team is reflected in everything we do. There’s a reason why we refer to our consultants as ‘Exellysts’; their drive and determination underpins our successful track record of attracting young tech talent and nurturing them towards excellence.
We aim to foster a tight-knit company culture where young and like-minded peers share common ground. Our culture is open, hardworking and lots of fun. Even though our Exellysts don’t all work for the same customers, we can still proudly call ourselves a community.

People will always be our number one focus, both during and outside work. Our open workspace demands for positive interaction: ‘good mornings’, compliments and chatty lunches are daily practices. But we are also supportive of all people around us during difficult times. We value personal contact with consultants, candidates and clients and are sincerely interested in their stories. We know our clients very well, which makes us most dedicated to their goals and visions. Through 360° meetings, we try our best to listen to every party’s opinion and feedback, both on the client and consultant’s side. We truly believe in second chances and re-matching because successful integrations are the only way to put a smile on the faces of our clients and consultants.

Our number one priority during a project is reaching the team goals, before reaching personal goals. When those goals are met, we celebrate as one team and acknowledge all team members’ contributions. We believe in long-term partnerships and stimulate this by encouraging everyone to invest in their network, because we highly value the power of connecting and connections.

This way, we want to establish relationships between all our stakeholders where mutual respect and trust are the foundations. We value people who communicate clearly and walk the talk. We listen openly and respect other people, while giving well-founded feedback. Not only are we being fair with others, we want to be true to ourselves too. Reflecting on our own behavior and being a reliable colleague, employer and business partner goes a long way.

You don’t have to be crazy to work with us, we’ll train you. We believe that fun at work boosts productivity, creativity and connectivity. At Exellys, fun events, team buildings, riding the office bikes, challenging your colleagues to a game of pool or nerf gun battles in the office are all part of our job descriptions. We encourage humor, even within meetings, and believe that choosing our own team for a specific project makes a huge difference.
