Start Smart: From young graduate to top professional

At Exellys, we focus on sharpening your skills and developing the competences you need to become a successful and happy tech professional. We achieve this through training & coaching and 360° follow-up between you, your client and us.

Aside from the experience you gain on the job, you can strengthen your soft skills and technical expertise through practical and hands-on workshops, business games, deep dive technical tracks and more. On top of that, we encourage personal learning initiatives by providing a budget for purchasing books, certification exams, language training and a subscription to a learning platform of choice.

Hack Smart

Hack Smart is the final challenge of (y)our Start Smart program. This innovation hackathon brings together all the skills we focused on during the last 24 months.

After two years of working as an Exellys consultant and successfully completing our Start Smart program you’ve become a contributing team member… And whether you like it or not, you will be confronted with leadership roles, even as a tech expert. Exellys will guide and support you in this phase of your career too. For this program we partnered up with organizations such as Outward Bound, StreetWize and Board of Innovation.

Grow Smart is a customizable leadership program that is focused on tech, innovation and business and aims to develop the crucial skills and competences that are needed to drive the innovations of tomorrow.

Our New Year’s parties have become quite legendary by now but because of our fifth anniversary, we really took it to the next level this year.

How to thrive in Industry 4.0

Industry 4.0 is here… In five years, over one-third of skills that are considered important in today’s workforce will have changed. Innovations such as artificial intelligence, quantum computing, genetic editing and more are no longer science fiction but near future. Companies need to anticipate and embrace this technological and digital (r)evolution. But most of all, talent needs to be prepared today in order to tackle the innovations of tomorrow.
